الثقافة الرقمية: قراءة تحليلية في المفهوم وعوامل اكتسابها

Résumé: تهدف هذه المداخلة إلى تحديد مفهوم الثقافة الرقمية مع تحديد عوامل إكتساب الثقافة الرقمية. فالتطور الإلكتروني وثورة الاتصالات والمعلومات أرست ثقافة إلكترونية تسمى بالثقافة الرقمية التي أصبحت سمة من سمات العصر الراهن، خاصة وأن ثقافة الجيل الجديد والذين أصبحوا يدعون ب "جيل الأنترنت" أو "الجيل الرقمي"، "جيل الفيسبوك" بلغت درجة من التعقيد لأنهم يميلون إلى التفاعل والتواصل الإجمالي بوسائل الإتصال الرقمي. وعليه أصبحت الثقافة الرقمية نواة لكل أعمالنا وإستخداماتنا في شتى أنواع الحياة المعرفية والإجماعية، فالثقافة الرقمية تعتمد إعتمادا كليا على المعرفة بالعمل الإلكتروني وأدواته العديدة وباتت من ركائز العمل اليومي، ولذلك فالمؤسسات والهياكل المتخصصة في الأنترنت وجب عليها العمل لنشر الثقافة الرقمية. This intervention aims to define the concept of digital culture while identifying the factors for acquiring digital culture. Electronic development and the communications and information revolution have established electronic culture called digital culture, which has become a current feature, especially as the culture of the new generation, called "the Internet generation" or " the digital generation" " the Facebook generation " has reached a degree of complexity as they tend to communicate globally through digital communication. As a result, digital culture has become the core of all our work and uses in various types of knowledge and consensus living. Digital culture is completely dependent on the knowledge of electronic work and its many tools and has become one of the pillars of everyday work. , institutions and structures specializing in the Internet must work to disseminate digital culture.
