Résumé: تستهدف هذه الورقة العلمية فعالية استخدام الثقافة الرقمية في التنمية التطوعية كضرورة واقعية لمتغيرات البيئة الرقمية الجديدة، وتحولاتها السوسيو اتصالية ،ومساهمتها في تنمية العمل التطوعي، في مجالاته المتعددة، وطرقة المتنوعة، ومن خلال تتبع أهم العوامل الداخلية والخارجية المتحكمة في اكتسابها؛ ومعايير نجاحها؛ وبالمقابل تبيان متطلباتها الأساسية، و أهم معوقاتها.
