عوامل الضغوط النفسية وانعكاسها على أداء أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية في مؤسسات التعليم الثانوي

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى محاولة إبراز أهم عوامل الضغوط النفسية التي تنعكس على أداء أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية، وحسب تصنيف منظمة العمل الدولية تعد مهنة التدريس من أكثر مجالات العمل ضغوطًا استعمل الباحث المنهج الوصفي مستخدما أداة الاستبيان كأداة و طريقة لجمع البيانات و المعلومات حول الظاهرة المدروسة موجهة إلى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية في مرحلة التعليم الثانوي على عينة قوامها 37 أستاذ . وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة الحالية أنه توجد عوامل متعددة للضغوط النفسية تنعكس سلبا على أداء أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية، وقد اختلفت في أهميتها وتأثيرها على أفراد العينة، ومن بين أهم عوامل الضغوط النفسية التي تنعكس سلبا على أداء أساتذة التربية لبدنية والرياضية نجد ضغوط مرتبطة بالجانب الاجتماعي، ضغوط مرتبطة بجماعة العمل This study aims to attempt to highlight the most important psychological stress factors that are reflected in the performance of physical education and sports teachers. According to the classification of the International Labor Organization, the teaching profession is one of the most stressful fields of work. the researcher used the descriptive approach, using the questionnaire tool as a tool and method for collecting data and information about the studied phenomenon directed to teachers of physical education and sports in secondary education on a sample of 37 teachers. The results of the current study revealed that there are multiple factors of psychological stress that negatively affect the performance of physical education and sports teachers, and they differed in their importance and impact on the sample members.
