الصلابة النفسية للمسن وعلاقتها بمستوى جودة حياته - دراسة ميدانية بولاية عين الدفلى-

Résumé: ملخص: استهدفت هذه الدراسة الكشف عن علاقة الصلابة النفسية للمسنين بمستوى جودة حياتهم وفيما إذا كانت توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المسنين في مستوى صلابتهم النفسية وجودة حياتهم. وقد تم تطبيق مقياسين: الأول خاص بالصلابة النفسية والثاني خاص بجودة الحياة على عينة قوامها 150 مسنا ومسنة، اختيروا بطريقة قصدية، منتهجين في ذلك المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي. وبعد جمع البيانات وتحليل النتائج تبين لنا أنه: توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الصلابة النفسية ومستوى جودة الحياة لصالح متوسط العينة، حيث مستوى الصلابة النفسية لدى المسنين بولاية عين الدفلى مرتفع، في حين مستوى جودة حياتهم متوسط. كما تبين أنه توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية قوية بين الصلابة النفسية للمسنين ومستوى جودة حياتهم. The study aimed to reveal the relationship of the psychological hardness of the elderly to the level of their quality of life and whether there are statistically significant differences between the elderly in the level of their psychological toughness and the quality of their life. After collecting the data and analyzing the results, we found that: There are statistically significant differences in the level of psychological hardness and the level of quality of life in favor of the average sample, as the level of psychological hardness among the elderly in the state of Ain Defla is high, while their quality of life is average.
