استراتيجية ادارة الموارد البشلرية بالأندية الرياضية المحترفة ومساهمتها في انجاح الاحتراف الرياضي في كرة القدم بالجزائر
Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على إستراتيجية إدارة الموارد البشرية على مستوى الأندية الرياضية المحترفة ومساهمتها في إنجاح الاحتراف الرياضي في كرة القدم بالجزائر، حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، والقيام بتصميم استمارتي استبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، استمارة استبيان أولى تخص المتغير المستقل (بإستراتيجية إدارة الموارد البشرية)، واستمارة استبيان ثانية تخص المتغير التابع (الاحتراف الرياضي)، وبعد التحقق من صلاحيتهما (الثبات، الصدق) تم توزيعهما على أعضاء الأندية الرياضية المحترفة ممثلون في عينة الدراسة التي قوامها (64) عضو تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة. وفي الأخير تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: تساهم إستراتيجية إدارة الموارد البشرية المطبقة على مستوى الأندية الرياضية المحترفة في إنجاح الاحتراف الرياضي في كرة القدم بالجزائر. -تساهم إستراتيجية الحصول على الموارد البشرية المطبقة على مستوى الأندية الرياضية المحترفة في إنجاح الاحتراف الرياضي في كرة القدم بالجزائر إستراتيجية تنمية الموارد البشرية المطبقة على مستوى الأندية الرياضية المحترفة تساهم في إنجاح الاحتراف الرياضي في كرة القدم بالجزائر تساهم إستراتيجية تعويض ومكافأة الموارد البشرية المطبقة على مستوى الأندية الرياضية المحترفة في إنجاح الاحتراف الرياضي في كرة القدم بالجزائر "لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اتجاهات أفراد عينة الدراسة لمساهمة إستراتيجية إدارة الموارد البشرية المطبقة على مستوى الأندية الرياضية المحترفة في إنجاح الاحتراف الرياضي في كرة القدم بالجزائر تبعا لمتغيرات (السن، المؤهل العلمي، عدد سنوات الخدمة، الرتبة الوظيفية، مستوى النادي) The current study aimed to identify the human resources management strategy applied at the level of professional sports clubs and its contribution to the success of sports professionalism in Algerian football. The descriptive approach was adopted and two questionnaire forms were designed as a data collection tool. The first questionnaire form was dedicated to the independent variable (human resources management strategy) and the second questionnaire form was dedicated to the dependent variable (sports professionalism). After verifying their validity (reliability and validity), they were distributed to members of professional sports clubs representing the study sample of 64 members selected in a simple random manner. Finally, the following conclusions were reached: The human resources management strategy applied at the level of professional sports clubs contributes to the success of sports professionalism in Algerian football. The human resources obtainment strategy applied at the level of professional sports clubs contributes to the success of sports professionalism in Algerian football. The human resources development strategy applied at the level of professional sports clubs contributes to the success of sports professionalism in Algerian football. The human resources compensation and reward strategy applied at the level of professional sports clubs contributes to the success of sports professionalism in Algerian football. There are no statistically significant differences in the attitudes of the study sample concerning the contribution of the human resources management strategy applied at the level of professional sports clubs to the success of sports professionalism in Algerian football depending on the variables of (age, scientific qualification, number of years of service, job title, and club level).
