درجة مساهمة الموارد البشرية بالنوادي الرياضية لكرة القدم في إنجاح الاحتراف بالجزائر

Résumé: تهدف دراستنا إلى إبراز مدى مساهمة الموارد البشرية بالأندية المحترفة في نجاح الاحتراف الرياضي بالجزائر، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع إداري الأندية المحترفة الأولى ولثانية لكرة القدم خلال الموسم الرياضي:2019/2020، حيث تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة ويمثلون نسبة (50% ) التي قوامها(63) فرد أي (39.37 %) من المجتمع الأصلي، واستخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي مع استخدام أداة الاستبيان. ومن أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها: أن درجة مساهمة الموارد البشرية بالأندية الرياضية لكرة القدم متوسطة في نجاح الاحتراف بالجزائر. Our study aims to highlight the extent of the contribution of human resources in professional clubs to the success of sports professionalism in Algeria. The study population consisted of all the clubs of the first and second professional association football during the sports season: 2019/2020, where they were chosen in a simple random way and represent a percentage (50%) consisting of (63) individuals, (39.37%) from the original community, and we used the descriptive analytical approach with use the questionnaire tool. Among the most important findings: that the degree of human resources contribution in football sports clubs is medium in the success of professionalism in Algeria
