مقصد العمران البيئي والتربوي عند الإمام الماوردي

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان بعض مظاهر مقصد العمران البيئي والتربوي عند الماوردي، وقد انطلق الباحث من مشكلة: ما مدى حضور مقصد العمران في التراث الماوردي؟ وللإجابة عنها تمّ اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي؛ لتنقسم الدراسة إلى مقدمة، ومبحثين: أولهما مقصد العمران البيئي، والثاني: مقصد العمران التربوي، ثمّ خاتمة، استُعرِض فيها أهم النتائج المتمثلة في شدة عناية الماوردي بفقه العمران، وأنّ إحياء الأرض الموات من مظاهر مقصد العمران البيئي، وأدب النفس من مظاهر العمران التربوي. The study aims to illustrate some aspects of the objective of the Educational and Environmental Urbanism (Al Omran). The researcher has started from the problem as follows: To what extent does the objective of Urbanism (Al Omran) exist in Al-Mawardi inheritance? To give an answer, the researcher relied on the Analytic and Descriptive Method. As a result, the study was divided into an introducation and two parts: the first is the Environmental Urbanism (Al Omran) at Al-Mawardi, the second is the Educational Urbanism objective at Al-Mawardi thought, and the finally, a conclusion which includes of these main results: - Al-Mawardi's care for the Fiqh of Urbanism (Al Omran). And Reviving the inanimate earth is an aspect of the Environmental Urbanism Objective. And Self-discipline is an aspect of the Educational Urbanism (Al Omran).
