Résumé: ملخص: إن مكافحة ظاهرة الفساد لا تتسم بالفعالية المرجوة إلا من خلال مواجهة مختلف أفعال إعاقة سير العدالة، و تقرير حماية خاصة للمبلغين و الشهود و الخبراء و الضحايا من مختلف صور الاعتداء.فالتشجيع على الإبلاغ عن جرائم الفساد يؤدي إلى تسهيل عمليات البحث و التحري و التحقيق في هذه الجرائم.و بالرجوع إلى قانون الوقاية من الفساد و مكافحته 06/01 نجده قد تضمن نصوصا تحمي إجراءات المتابعة الجزائية. Sammury: The fight against curruption is not only effective, but by countering the vatious acts of obstruction of justice and a cpecial protection report for whistleblowers,witnesses,experts and victims of various forms of abuse.encouraging the reporting of corruption crims facilitates the search and investigation of thes crimes.with reference to the law on the prevention and control of corruption we find that it contains provisions that protect pend follow- up procedures.
