Résumé: تناولت هذه الدراسة أثر الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري على النمو الاقتصادي 2009 )، وذلك باستخدام طريقة المربعات - في الجزائر خلال الفترة ( 1970 ومن خلال هذه .(Fully-Modified OLS) الصغرى العادية المصححة كلياً المنهجية جاءت مرونة نمو الصادرات الحقيقية ( 0.5091 )، ومرونة نسبة الإنفاق على التعليم ( 0.3461 -)، ومعدل التضخم ( 0.0745 -)، مرونة سعر الصرف الحقيقي ب ( 0.0488 -). وتشير نتائج الدراسة إلى ضعف فعالية الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري في تحقيق النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر. This study analyses the impact of investment in human capital on economic growth in Algeria during the period (1970-2009), by using the Fully-Modified OLS. Through this methodology, estimated the real export growth elasticity (0.5091), and proportion of spending on education elasticity (-0.3461), and Inflation rate (-0.0745), real exchange rate elasticity (-0.0488). the Results of study indicate weakness of the effectiveness of investment in human capital in economic growth Investigation in Algeria.
