المساهمة في التعرف على المواد الفعالة لنبتة من عائلة Thymelaeaceae
Résumé: الهدف من هذا العمل :The aim of this work is : To study the chemical viability of the Thymelaea hirsute " mathnan " . This plant is found in the north-east of Algeria. Solid-liquid and liquid-liquid extraction of Thymelaea hirsute . Previous studies of the plant and the results obtained. Experimental Study: In the first study, a phytochemical study of the products of extracts from flowers, twigs and leaves. In the second study, Comparison of the extraction methods (cold maceration and Soxlet) of the hirsute Thymelaea plant , and estimation of antioxidant activity, the xanthine oxidase inhibitory activity, anticholinesterase activity, cytotoxic activity. الدراسة الفيتو كيميائية للأجزاء الهوائية للنبتة Thymelaea hirsuta المعروفة باسم " المثنان " ، وهو نبات متواجد بشكل كبير في الجزائر خاصة في الشمال الشرقي للبلاد . الاستخلاص الصلب -سائل و السائل-سائل للنبتة . تلخيص الدراسات السابقة للنبتة و نتائجها . الدراسة التجريبة : في الدراسة الأولى دراسة فيتو كيميائية لنواتج مستخلصات الأزهار والأغصان و الأوراق أما في الدراسة الثانية تم مقارنة طرق الإستخلاص ( النقع على البارد وسوكسلي ) لنبتة المثنان و تقدير الفعالية المضادة للأكسدة ، النشاط المثبط لأكسيداز الزانثين ، النشاط المضاد لإنزيم كولين أستراز ، النشاط السام للخلايا .
