أثر تسيير الخزينة على الأداء المالي للمؤسسة الاقتصادية دراسة حالة مؤسسة سونلغاز وحدة ورقلة خلال الفترة (2012- 2014)

Résumé: حاولنا من خلال هذا البحث دراسة موضوع سياسات الخزينة على الأداء المالي للمؤسسة الاقتصادية باستخدام مجموعة من أدوات التحليل المالي, معتمدين في ذلك مدى مساهمة عملية تسيير الخزينة في رفع الأداء المالي للمؤسسة سونلغاز وحدة ورقلة. معتمدين في ذلك على المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري الذي تناولنا فيه المفاهيم المتعلقة بالموضوع, وبالاعتماد على منهج دراسة حالة واستنادا إلى النتائج المتوصل إليها نجد أن المقاطعة سجلت نتائج إيجابية خلال الفترة المدروسة,هذا ما جعل المؤسسة متوازنة ماليا على المدى المتوسط, بالإضافة إلى تحقيق المؤسسة لخزينة موجبة ناتجة عن دورة الاستغلال, حيث غطى الفائض على مستوى هذه الأخيرة خزينة الاستثمار, وبالتالي تحقيق خزينة موجبة ومتوازنة, تنعكس بالإيجاب على الأداء المالي للمؤسسة, وكذلك يجعلها تتمتع بالاستقلالية المالية التي تحميها من خطر الإفلاس. Summary : We have tried through this research study subject of the impact of the conduct of the Treasury on the financial and economic performance of the institution using a set of tools of financial analysis, trying to answer to the problem of the extent to which the conduct of the Treasury in the process of raising the financial performance of the institution Sonelgaz unit Ouargla. Relying on the descriptive approach in the theoretical side, which we dealt with the concepts on the subject, and depending on the approach to the case and based on the study to the results obtained, we find that the province recorded positive results during the period studied, this is what made financially balanced institution in the medium term, in addition to the achievement of the institution the treasury of a positive result from exploitation cycle, he covered the surplus on the latter level treasury investment, treasury and thus achieve a positive and balanced, reflected positively on the financial performance of the institution, as well as make them enjoy financial autonomy, which protects it from the threat of bankruptcy.
