دور المنظمات الدولية في حماية البيئة الطبيعية أثناء النزاعات المسلحة

Résumé: تطور عدد المنظمات الدولية المهتمة بمجال حماية البيئة، وتفعيل القانون الدولي للبيئة ليصبح غير قابل للحصر، وهذا يدل على أن موضوع البيئة يشكل قيمة أساسية من قيم المجتمع، ونظرا للفاعلية التي إتسم بها نشاط المنظمات الدولية الحكومية وغير الحكومية في مجال حماية البيئة الطبيعية من الانتهاكات الجسيمة أثناء النزاعات المسلحة، فمن الضروري الاهتمام بهذه المنظمات ودعمها لكي تعزز وجودها في المناطق التي تشهد نزاعات مسلحة، فقد أخذت العديد من المنظمات الدولية غير الحكومية على عاتقها التخفيف من المشاكل البيئية والأضرار التي تلحق بالبيئة في زمن السلم أو عند حدوث نزاع مسلح، وذلك عن طريق انتهاج العمل التطوعي، ولعل الواقع في فلسطين والكويت والعراق واليمن وسوريا حاليا يشهد على الدور المهم الذي أسهمت من خلاله خاصة المنظمات غير الحكومية في حماية البيئة الطبيعية خلال النزاعات التي شهدتها تلك الدول. Abstract: Evolution of the number of international organizations interested in the field of environmental protection, and the activation of international environmental law to become incalculable, and this shows that the subject of the environment is a fundamental value of society, and given the effectiveness of the activity of international governmental and non-governmental organizations in the protection of the natural environment from serious violations During armed conflicts, it is necessary to care for and support these organizations in order to strengthen their presence in areas of armed conflict. Many international organizations have under taken to alleviate environmental problems and damage to the environment in peacetime or The current situation in Palestine, Kuwait, Iraq, Yemen and Syria attests to the important role played by Non-governmental organizations in protecting the natural environment during conflicts in these countries.
