درجة ممارسة المشرف التربوي للمهارات الاتصالية من وجهة نظر معلمي التعليم الابتدائي

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة المشرف التربوي للمهارات الاتصالية من وجهة نظر معلمي التعليم الابتدائي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة 58 معلما ومعلمة وزع عليهم مقياس لتقدير مستوى المهارات الاتصالية للمشرفين التربويين، بعد جمع البيانات ومعالجتها إحصائيا تم التوصل إلى أن المشرفين التربويين يمارسون المهارات الاتصالية في عمومها بدرجة عالية عالية، ونفس الدرجة لممارسة بعدي مهارة الاتصال غير اللفظي، ومهارة الإقناع، وكانت درجة ممارسة المشرفين التربويين لمهارتي الاتصال اللفظي، والإنصات عالية جدا حسب وجهة نظر المعلمين دائما. This study aimed to identify the degree of educational supervisor practice of communication skills from the point of view of primary education teachers. The study sample consisted of 58 male and female teachers who were given a measure to assess the level of communication skills of educational supervisors. After collecting the data and processing it statistically, it was concluded that educational supervisors practice communication skills in general to a high degree, and the same degree to practice the two dimensions of non-verbal communication skill, persuasion skill, The degree of educational supervisors' practice of verbal communication and listening skills was always very high, according to teachers' point of view.
