دوافع و معوقات العمل المنزلي

Résumé: رغم توفير العديد من الآليات والقوانين قصد تنمية العمالة ومحاربة البطالة في الجزائر، تبقى التدابير المتخذة لصالح المرأة تعبر عن معاملة اجتماعية أكثر من أنها سياسة توظيف حقيقية. تحاول هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء على واقع العمالة النسائية في الجزائر وإبراز تراجع فئة من النساء نحو القطاع غير الرسمي في إطار ممارسة العمل المنزلي، من خلال دراسة حول عينة في منطقة من الغرب الجزائري. في هذا السياق، يهدف البحث إلى توضيح خصائص العمل المنزلي و تحديد أهم الدوافع و المعوقات التي تميزه و التي تشير بشكل أساسي إلى مقاومة التأثيرات التنظيمية والسياسية ولكن قبل كل شيء هي تعمل على التكيف مع البيئة الاجتماعية والثقافية السائدة. Despite the provision of many mechanisms and laws in order to develop employment and combat unemployment in Algeria, the measures taken in favor of women still reflect a social treatment rather than a real employment policy. This study attempts to shed light on the reality of women's employment in Algeria and to highlight the retreat of a group of women towards the informal sector within the framework of the practice of home work, through a study on a sample in a region of western Algeria. In this context, the research aims to clarify the characteristics of home work and to identify the most important motives and obstacles that characterize it, which mainly refer to resistance to organizational and political influences, but above all it works to adapt to the prevailing social and cultural environment.
