Résumé: The world is undergoing major changes in various fields. Technological advancement is one of the reasons for the development and progress of the scientific and digital revolution of modern means and technologies that have led to the transformation of the economy towards speedy handling and transmission of information between different parties. This development has contributed to a radical change of services, including financial services. Each bank sought to use sophisticated information technology and take advantage of its new achievements and tools to develop its performance. This is what was studied in this research aimed at giving a picture of the various changes to financial services, especially after the developments seen in information technology. The most important result of this study is that the use of information technology plays a significant role in affecting financial services in a positive way, as its use develops and improves these services at Algiers Post.
