الشمول المالي ودور التمويل الأصغر الإسلامي في تعزيزه، تجربة السودان أنموذجا

Résumé: يعتبر الشمول المالي من أهم الأهداف التي تسعى دول العالم تحقيقه خاصة بعد الازمة المالية الأخيرة، لما له من دور كبير في دعم وتعزيز التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، حيث هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل واقع الشمول المالي عالميا، وتحديد أهم العوامل التي تعيق من توسعه وانتشاره خاصة في المجتمعات الإسلامية الفقيرة، كما هدفت أيضا إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة التمويل الأصغر الإسلامي في تعزيزه في السودان، وذلك باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والاعتماد على الجداول والأشكال البيانية للتفصيل أكثر في طرح المعلومات، والتي توصلت إلى أن مستويات الشمول المالي مرتفعة في الدول المتقدمة عكس الدول المنخفضة الدخل، كما يعد التمويل الأصغر الإسلامي من بين أنجع الطرق التي عززت الشمول المالي والاجتماعي في السودان، والتي حققت أشواطا معتبرة في ذلك مؤخرا، من خلال تبني هذه الاستراتيجية، والتي يمكن الاقتداء بها من طرف المجتمعات الإسلامية الفقيرة. Financial inclusion is one of the most important goals that the countries of the world seek to achieve, especially after the recent financial crisis, because of its great role in supporting and promoting economic and social development, where the study aimed to analyse the reality of financial inclusion globally, and identify the most important factors that hinder its expansion and spread, especially in poor Muslim societies, as well as to know the extent to which Islamic microfinance contributes to its promotion in Sudan, using the descriptive analytical approach, which reached The levels of financial inclusion are high in developed countries, unlike low-income countries, and Islamic microfinance is one of the most effective ways to promote financial and social inclusion in Sudan, which has made significant strides recently, through the adoption of this strategy, which can be emulated by poor Muslim communities.
