دور تحليل البيانات الضخمة في تعزيز الأداء التنافسي -دراسة حالة مؤسسة موبيليس-

Résumé: يشهد العالم إنفجار في كمية البيانات الرقمية المتاحة والثورة الرقمية الهائلة في العديد من المجالات وتسعى كل المؤسسات نحو الإستفادة من تلك البيانات الضخمة، هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على البيانات الضخمة ودورها في تعزيز الأداء التنافسي، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف إعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، حيث تم تصميم إستبانة الدراسة كأداة لجمع البيانات اللازمة، طبقت على89 مفردة مشكلة بذلك عينة الدراسة والمتمثلة في موظفين مؤسسة موبيليس، وقد توصلت الدراسة بإستخدام برنامج النمذجة بالمعادلات الهيكلية (SMART-PLS) إلى وجود أثر إيجابي لتحليل البيانات الضخمة في تعزيز الأداء التنافسي بقيمة 64.8%، بينما تفاوتت درجة تأثير تحليل البيانات الضخة على أبعاد الأداء التنافسي، حيث بلغ أكبر تأثير على بعد الإنتاجية بقيمة %55، وأقل قيمة كانت على بعد الربحية بنسبة%51.3 . Due to the digital revolution and the huge amount of available digital data in many fields that the world is knowing, many companies seek to take advantage of these big data, therefore, this study aimed to identify big data and their impact on promoting competitive performance. To achieve this purpose, we relied on the descriptive and analytical approach where the study questionnaire was designed as a tool to collect the necessary information. it was applied on 89 persons who formed the study sample represented by the Mobilis foundation employees.The research showed, using the program of modeling with structural equations (SMART-PLS), that there is a positive impact of big data analysis in enhancing competitive performance with a value of 64.8%, meanwhile the degree of this impact varied on the dimensions of competitive performance, where the largest impact was on productivity dimension by 55%, and the lowest value was on profitability dimension by 51.3%.
