Résumé: ملخص يرتكز مبدأ الجودة في المجال التربوي على الاستثمار في كل الطاقات والموارد في القطاع التربوي، لتحقيق أهدافه من جهة وتلبية احتياجات المستفيدين من جهة أخرى، ويهدف بحثنا لإبراز الحاجة إلى تطبيق نظام الجودة، والبحث عن السبل التي تسهم في تحقيق التقييم الذاتي وضمان الجودة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي، وكما هو متعارف عليه فالتقييم الذاتي يساهم في عملية التحسين المستمر لكونه احد اهم مكونات العمل التربوي الهادف، وكنوع من التغذية الراجعة التي تساهم في وضع القرارات المختلفة، من أجل تطوير الأداء وكذلك المساهمة في تخطيط البرامج ومراقبة سير تنفيذها والتحقق من فعاليتها وبالتالي ادارة الجودة الشاملة للمؤسسة ككل، وما لم يكن لدى المؤسسة مصادر أدلة كافية، فلا يمكن النظر في اعتماد أي من برامجها، وبالتالي عدم بلوغ الأهداف المسطرة للمؤسسة، لذا فإن الحرص على تطبيق نظام ضمان الجودة يؤدي بالمؤسسة التعليمية إلى التميز في خدمتها التعليمية والبحثية، وفي خدمة المجتمع فتكون مخرجاتها متميزة ومتلائمة مع متطلبات السوق المحلي والدولي Abstract: The Principe of quality in the educational field is based on investing in all energies and resources in the educational sector, to first achieve its goals on the other hand to meet the needs of target audience, our research aims to highlight the need to implement the quality system and to hook for research methods that contribute to achieving self-evaluation and quality assurance in higher education institutions. As it's well known, institutional self-evaluation contributes to the process of continuous improvement because it is an essential component of the purposeful educational work, and a kind of feedback that contributes to setting various decisions in order to develop performance as well as contributing to program planning, monitoring the progress of their execution and verifying their effectiveness, and thus total quality management for the organization, Unless the institution has sufficient sources of evidence, it is not possible to consider the adoption of any of its programs and consequently not achieving the established objectives of the institution. Therefore, the keenness to implement the quality assurance system leads the educational institution to excel in its educational and research service, and in the service of society, in the way that its outputs are distinguished and compatible with local and international market requirements.
