علاقة المعارضة البرلمانية بتنظيمات المجتمع المدني في النظام السياسي الجزائري

Résumé: تعتبر منظمات المجتمع المدني بمثابة الجهاز المكمل والمتمم لعمل المعارضة البرلمانية بل هي وسيلة مهمة لتفعيل دورها في مجال التشريع والرقابة والتواصل السياسي والبرلماني مع المواطنين وحتى مختلف القوى السياسية والاجتماعية. ولهذا سنحاول في هذا البحث معرفة مفهوم كلا من المعارضة البرلمانية والمجتمع المدني ثم توضيح العلاقة القائمة بينهما في النظام السياسي الجزائري، وكيفية مساهمة هذه التنظيمات في تبصير وترشيد المعارضة البرلمانية من اجل أداء جيد للعمل البرلماني. الكلمات المفتاحية: المعارضة البرلمانية، المجتمع المدني، الأنظمة السياسية، التشريع، المراقبة. Abstract: The civil society organizations are considered as the supplementary and complementary institution to the act of the parliamentary opposition and they are, in fact, a basic means for making their role efficient in the field of legislation, control and the parliamentary political communication with citizens and even with the different social and political powers. Hence, in the present research, we will attempt to find out the concept of both parliamentary opposition and the civil society as well as clarifying the relationship between them in the Algerian political system, then, how did these organizations contribute in the process of enlighting and rationalizing the parliamentary opposition for a good parliamentary performance. key words: parliamentary opposition, civil society, political system, legislation, control.
