The Impact Of Covid-19 On Human Resource Management Practices: Bibliometric Analysis Of Scientific Literature
Résumé: Our objective, through the application of bibliométrique analysis to scientifiques littératures, is to examine the impact of COVID-19 on humane resource management. We aim to investigate the effects of the health crisis at the individual, team, and organizational levels within business entités. Furthermore, we seek to identify the challenges encountered by HR practitioners and the practices they have employed to adapt to the imposed health conditions while ensuring the continued operation and productivité of the Organizations. We have also determined the strategies implemented during the crisis to maintain a balancé between individual and organizational goals, based on researchers' discussions and their field experiences in diverse organizational contexts
