ادمان الانترنت وعلاقته باضطرابات النوم لدى الطلبة الجامعيين

Résumé: ملخص الدراسة - هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى معرفة العالقة بين إدمان االنترنت و اضطرابات النوم لدى الطلبة الجامعيين، حيث تم اختيار حالتين من كال الجنسين و هما طالبان جامعيان تتراوح أعمارهم بين 20 و 25 سنة، حيث تم أجراء المقابلة و دراسة الحالة بالمؤسسة االستشفائية للخدمات االجتماعية بعين النويصي مستغانم. و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج العيادي ودراسة الحالة، و استخدام مقياس إدمان االنترنت " لبشرى إسماعيل احمد 2012 "و مقياس اضطرابات النوم " النور حمودة البنا 2007 ." - وبعد تحليل النتائج تم التحقق من فرضية الدراسة إي انه توجد عالقة ارتباطيه ايجابية بين إدمان االنترنت و اضطرابات النوم ، وبينت النتائج أيضا بأنه ال توجد فروق فردية تعزى لمتغير الجنس في إدمان االنترنت و اضطرابات النوم. -الكلمات المفتاحية: - إدمان الانترنت ، اضطرابات النوم ، الشباب الجامعي. .-SUMMARY ; The recent study aims to know the relation between internet addiction and its relation to sleeping disorders with university stuents to reach the sudy two cases were chosen ( male / femal ) betwee the age of ( 20 / 25) as a sample . to examthe case of study . An inteeriew was adopted as tool in which it took place at ain nuissy hospital for socital help mostaganem . to achieve the aim of the study a scientific approach was adopted with the internet mesure addiction of bochra ismail mhamed 2012 and also the mesure of sleeping disorders of anouar hamouddah el banna 2007. After examining the results the hypothesis was proved . where there is a corelatin between sleeping disorders and internet addiction . the study showed that there is no individual differences within internet addiction and sleeping disorders.
