علاقة الذكاء الوجداني بالضغوط النفسية لدى الأساتذة الجامعيين الممارسين لمهام إدارية – دراسة ميدانية بجامعتي الجزائر1 و 2

Résumé: Abstract: The present study aims to reveal the relationship between emotional intelligence and psychological stress in university professors performing administrative tasks, by studying the average level of emotional intelligence and average psychological stress, and the difference between them according to the sex variable, using the descriptive approach, and applying the emotional intelligence scale of Schott et al (1998), and the questionnaire on psychological stress of Mohammed Boufatah (2013), on a sample of (40) individuals. There was no statistically significant relationship between the emotional intelligence and psychological stress, the average level of both was high, and there were no statistically significant differences according to gender variable. الملخص: تسعى الدراسة الحالية للكشف عن علاقة الذكاء الوجداني بالضغوط النفسية لدى الأساتذة الجامعيين الممارسين للمهام الإدارية، بدراسة متوسط مستوى الذكاء الوجداني و متوسط الضغوط النفسية،و الفرق بينهما تبعا لمتغير الجنس(ذكور،إناث)، باستخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، و بتطبيق مقياس الذكاء الوجداني لـ شوت و آخرون (1998)، و استبيان الضغوط النفسية من إعداد محمد بوفاتح(2013)،على عينة مكونة من (40) فرد، وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى عدم وجود علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين متوسط مستوى الذكاء الوجداني و متوسط مستوى الضغوط النفسية،بحيث كان متوسط مستوى كلاهما مرتفع ،كما انه لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في متوسط الذكاء الوجداني و الضغوط النفسية تبعا لمتغير الجنس.
