Résumé: شكّلت التنمية تحدّيا كبيرا للدّولة الجزائرية منذ استقلالها 1962، في ظل تعدد البرامج والمشاريع التنموية ،وتقلبات المناخين السياسي والاقتصادي على حدّ سواء،مما ولّد هاجسا للأمّة وإرباكا على مستوى الاستراتجيات المسطّرة لتحقيق التنمية والتطور على المستويات الوطنية والمحلية والجهوية. لكن بالنظر الى طبيعة المجتمع الجزائري، والأخذ بالبعدين التاريخي والحضاري يجب التفكير في حلول شاملة وكاملة تضع في اعتبارها أولا بناء وتنمية القيّم الإنسانية، وفق منهج بنّاء غايته بناء حضارة جديدة ،مجورها الإنسان الجزائري كما تصوره مالك بن نبي بعيدا عن العشوائية ،والعفن وأنصاف الحلول، واليوم تحتاج الجزائر في انطلاقتها الحضاريةإلى أفكاره الإستشرافية ، التي قعّذ ونظّر فيها للحضارة ، والثقافة ، والتاريخ ، والإنسان فهو أماط اللثام عن كل ما يعق تنمية الدولة، وتعمق في جزئياتهاوتفاصيلها، واقترح حلولا ناجعة ، فهناك من سارب على درب أفكاره وهناك العكس . جاءت دراستنا في نطاق محضور بين التاريخ والحضارة وفق منهج تاريخي تحليلي غايته ابراز مشكلات التنمية ، واقتراح الحلول مقاربين فكر مالك بن نبي . Development has faced a major challenge for the Algerian state since its independence in 1962, with the multiplicity of development programs and projects, and the change in the political and economic climates, which created a concern for the nation and turmoil at the level of the planned strategies to achieve development at the national, local and regional levels. But given the nature of Algerian society, and taking into account the historical and civilized dimensions, it is necessary to think of comprehensive and complete solutions that first take into account the construction and development of human values, according to a constructive approach whose goal is to build a new civilization that will be entrapped by the Algerian man, as depicted by Malik Bennabi, far from disgrace, rot and half-solutions. Today, in its civilizational launch, Algeria needs his enlightened ideas, in which he considered civilization, culture, history, and man. He revealed everything that hinders the development of the state, delved into its details, and suggested effective solutions. Our study came within the framework of a ban between history and civilization according to a historical and analytical approach aimed at clarifying development problems and proposing solutions according to the thought of Malik Bennabi.
