أثر الممارسات المهنية على كفاءة المحاسب في البيئة الجزائرية للمحاسبين المهنيين بولاية ورقلة 2019

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر الممارسات المهنية على كفاءة المحاسب في البيئة الجزائرية من خلال التعرض لمفاهيم عن المحاسبة و مبادئ و قواعد أخلاقيات مهنة المحاسبة و كذا عن الجانب القانوني للمهنة. جاءت الدراسة الميدانية كمحاولة لتقييم ما إذا كان المحاسب يتمتع بكفاءة تمكنه من ممارسة مهنة المحاسبة, معتمدين في ذلك على أسلوب الاستقصاء باستخدام الاستبيان الذي شمل المحاسبين, محافظي الحسابات, المحاسبين المعتمدين و محاسبي الشركات في مدينة ورقلة, و قد اعتمدنا في تحليل بيانات الاستبيان على برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) , و الذي من خلاله اتضح لنا أن معظم المحاسبين اللذين وجه إليهم الاستبيان على إلمام و إطلاع كافي على الجانب القانوني لمهنة المحاسبة و كذا على أخلاقياتها , وعلى كل من طرق الإفصاح, الاعتراف و القياس اللازمة و الضرورية التي تمكنهم من مزاولة هذه المهنة . الكلمات المفتاحية: This study aims to find out the impact of professional practices on the competence of the accountant in the Algerian environment through exposure to concepts of accounting, principles and rules of accounting ethics as well as the legal aspect of the profession. Field study came as an attempt to assess whether the accountant has the competence to practice accounting. The questionnaire is based on a questionnaire that includes accountants in the city of Ouargla Adopted in analyzing the questionnaire on statistical package for social program (SPSS), in which it was clear to us that most of the accountants who were directed to the questionnaire have sufficient knowledge on the legal aspect of accounting profession as well as its ethics, and the methods of disclosure, recognition and measurement necessary to enable them to practice this profession.
