- دراسة العوامل المؤثرة على استقلالية محافظ الحسابات

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تحقق استقلالية محافظ الحسابات في البيئة الجزائرية في ظل العوامل المؤثرة عليه ،وذلك من خلال معرفة مدى مساهمة الجانب القانوني في تحقيق استقلالية محافظ الحسابات ؛ومدى وجود استقلالية في الممارسات المهنية في البيئة الجزائرية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي من خلال إعداد استبيان تضمن مجموعة من الأسئلة مقسمة إلى محورين ،حيث يصب كل محور في فكرة من فرضيات الدراسة،وقد تم توزيعه في الجنوب الشرقي الجزائري وبالتحديد ولاية ورقلة،حيث شملت عينت الدراسة 37 فرد من محافظي الحسابات وأساتذة جامعيين. ومن أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها مساهمة الجانب القانوني في تحقيق استقلالية محافظ الحسابات في البيئة الجزائرية،وكذا مساهمة الممارسات المهنية في دعم استقلالية محافظ الحسابات . The objective of this study is to ascertain the extent to which the accountants in the Algerian environment are committed to the laws and regulations governing the profession and their impact on their independence by knowing the extent to which the legal side contributes to the independence of the governor of the accounts and the existence of independence in professional practices in the Algerian environment. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was followed by the preparation of a questionnaire that included a set of questions divided into two axes. Each axis is divided into one of the hypotheses of the study. It was distributed in the south-east of Algeria, specifically the state of Ouargla. The study included 37 accountants and professors In our questionnaire analysis we relied on the SPSS25 program and the EXCEL data processing program.
