الوضع التفاضلي للمواطنة العربية بين الراديكالية والتغيير الاسترضائي

Résumé: ملخص: يتوخى هذا البحث تبيان الظروف البنائية الجديدة للمواطنة في المنطقة العربية. إن راهن الحال يسفر على أن المواطنة ليست مفهوما سياسيا أو قانونيا مجردا، وليست عبارات تتردد دون وعي بمضمونها وجوهرها، وإنما هي حالة من حالات الدمج الاجتماعي والوجداني، وهي بهذا تفيد الحرية، العدالة، المساواة وأيضا المشاركة في بناء الديمقراطية. وقد أدى الوضع التحرري العربي، الذي يعبر عن المصالح الجمعية، ويطمح إلى الاستقرار وتغيب كل أشكال المعاناة إلى خلق وضع تفاضلي للمواطنة العربية، يتموقع بين الاتجاه إلى التغيير الراديكالي، والتغيير الاسترضائي التكيفي الذي يركز على "خبرة الخضوع" في إبطال فعالية الاحتواء الاجتماعي. Abstract: This research aims to highlight, the news structural conditions of citizenship in the Arab region. Recently, citizenship is not a political concept, nor a legal abstraction, it is not simple phrases without substance and essence of consciousness, but rather à case of social an emotional integration, in that way it’s synonym of liberty, justice, equality and also participation in building democracy. The Arab liberal holding power which reflects the common interest, and aspires to stability and the absence of all forms of suffering has created a differential status of citizenship in the Arab world, this status is located between the tendency to radical change, and adaptive change which focus on “experience of subordination” to invalidate the social inclusion effectiveness.
