أثر حماية الملكية الفكرية على التنافسية التجارية
Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف تأثير حماية الملكية الفكرية على التنافسية التجارية في المؤسسات الاقتصادية بولاية الوادي، اعتمدت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من 35 مؤسسة، وتم تحليل البيانات للحصول على استنتاجات هامة تتعلق بأبعاد بالملكية الفكرية وابعادها. النتائج أظهرت أن هناك أثرًا ذو دلالة إحصائية بين حماية الملكية الفكرية بابعادها الخمسة (براءات الاختراع، العلامة التجارية، المؤشرات الجغرافية، النموذج الصناعي، السر التجاري) والتنافسية التجارية. هذه النتائج تبرز أهمية حماية حقوق الملكية الفكرية في تعزيز القدرة التنافسية للمؤسسات الاقتصادية. This study aimed to explore the impact of intellectual property protection on commercial competitiveness in economic institutions in the Wilaya of El Oued. The study relied on a sample of 35 institutions, and data analysis was conducted to obtain significant conclusions related to the dimensions of intellectual property. The results showed a statistically significant impact of intellectual property protection in its five dimensions (patents, trademarks, geographical indications, industrial designs, trade secrets) on commercial competitiveness. These findings highlight the importance of protecting intellectual property rights in enhancing the competitive capacity of economic institutions.
