أنماط القيادة و سلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية في المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة دراسة حالة شركة تماسين للآجر

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان اثر أنماط القيادة على سلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية في شركة تماسين للآجر بمدينة تقرت ورقلة، طبقت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية بسيطة مكونة من 150 عامل، و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحثة الإستبانة لجمع البيانات، و تم تحليل البيانات الواردة في الإستبانات عن طريق استخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (Spss) بالاعتماد على المتوسطات الحسابية، الانحرافات المعيارية، معاملات الارتباط، تحليل الانحدار المتعدد، و خلصت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج أهمها: أن النمط القيادي السائد في شركة تماسين للآجر هو النمط الأوتوقراطي ، و أنه يوجد تأثير ضعيف لأنماط القيادة على سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية، و يعزز ذلك قيمة معامل التحديد التي بلغت ( 0.13 )و هي قوة تفسيرية ضعيفة نسبيا. و قد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة اعتماد النمط القيادي التحويلي لأنه يساهم أكثر في تعزيز سلوك المواطنة لدى العاملين. The study aimed to analyzing the impact of leadership styles on organizational citizenship behaviors in Bricks Temacine Company in Touggourt, this study was applied on random sample consisting of 150 employees, to achieve the objectives of the study the researcher used questionnaire to collect data, the data were analyzed by using the statistical package for social sciences (Spss). Depending on the means, standard deviation, correlations coefficient, multiple regression. The study concluded with the following results: the most leadership style dominant in Bricks Temacine Company is Autocratic style, and there is the weak impact of leadership styles on organizational citizenship behavior, and enhances the value of the coefficient of determination, which amounted to (0.13) and is the explanatory power is relatively weak. The study recommended that the adoption of transformational style in order to promote citizenship behavior among workers.
