دراسة قياسية لأثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات على النمو الاقتصادي في الدول العربية خلال الفترة 2004-2018

Résumé: هدفت هده الدراسة إلى محاولة ابراز أثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات على النمو الاقتصادي للدول العربية، باستخدام دراسة قياسية على عينة مكونة من 15 دولة عربية خلال الفترة 2004-2018، وبالاعتماد على تحليل نماذج البانل تم التوصل إلى أن نموذج التأثيرات الثابتة هو النموذج الملائم للدراسة، كما تم التوصل إلى وجود علاقة موجبة معنوية بين مؤشر الهاتف النقال والنمو الاقتصادي وعلاقة سالبة غير معنوية بين مؤشر الانترنت والنمو الاقتصادي، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات تساهم في زيادة النمو الاقتصادي في الدول العربية المدروسة على المدى القصير فقط. This study aimed to try to highlight the impact of information and communication technology on the economic growth of Arab countries, using a standard study on a sample of 15 Arab countries during the period 2004-2018. Based on the analysis of the Panel models, it was concluded that the fixed effects model is the appropriate model for the study, and a positive significant relationship between the mobile phone index and economic growth and a negative non-significant relationship between the Internet index and economic growth, the results of the study also showed that information and communication technology contribute to increase economic growth in the Arab countries studied in the short term only.
