السياسة الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية و الثقافية الفرنسية خلال فترة الحكم العسكري

Résumé: الملخص : تمحور موضوع دراستنا السياسة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية التي فرضها الاستعمار الفرنسي على منطقة القبائل خلال الحكم العسكري (1830-1871)، وتم التطرق في هذه الدراسة إلى خصائص المنطقة الطبيعية من موقع جغرافي وتضاريس ومناخ واثرها في تشكيل حياة الإنسان، كما تم التطرق إلى سياسة الاستيطان وفرض الضرائب المجحفة، إلى جانب تطبيق قانون السيناتور كونسيلت الذي سلب أراضي الأهالي، وفي المجال الاجتماعي فرضت فرنسا قوانين جديدة تهدف إلى تفكيك البنية التقليدية للمجتمع القبائلي، كما عملت على إنجاح سياسة التنصير وإنشاء المدارس بهدف طمس الهوية الثقافية، وقد واجه السكان هذه السياسات بمقاومة سلمية وأخرى مسلحة دفاعا عن أراضيهم وهويتهم. SUMMARY: The subject of our study re-volved around the economic, social and cultural policy in the kabylia region during the military rule (1830-1870). This study addressed the characteristics of the region, including its geographical location, terrain, and climate, and their impact on shaping human life. We also focused on the settlement policy and the imposition of unfair taxes, in addition to the application of the Senatus consultus law, which confiscated the lands of the people. In the social field, France imposed new laws aimed at dismantling the traditional structure of Kabyle society. It also worked to ensure the success of the Christianization policy and the establishment of schools with the aim of obliterating the cultural identity. The inhabitants of the region faced these policies with peaceful and armed resistance in defense of their lands and identity.
