التشريعات العقارية الفرنسية في الجزائر خلال فترة الحكم المدني 1870-1900.

Résumé: تكمن أهمية هذا الموضوع في تغطيته لجانب مهم في تاريخ الاحتلال الفرنسي للجزائر وهو الصراع حول ملكية الأرض، وارتأيت في هذا المقال إلى توضيح السياسة الممنهجة الفرنسية اتجاه الملكية العقارية في الجزائر خاصة خلال الفترة الثانية من الاستعمار والتي تلت فترة الحكم العسكري و هي فترة الحكم المدني، مع ذكر مختلف الوسائل التي قامت بها الإدارة الاستعمارية من أجل الاستيلاء على الأراضي الجزائرية، بدءًا بأنها الوريث الشرعي للسلطة التركية، وإصدار مختلف القوانين و القرارات التي كان الهدف منها هو أن تصبح الأراضي الجزائرية أملاكا خاصة بالدولة الفرنسية ونقلها لتصبح ملكية خاصة بالأوروبيين الذين يمثلون شرايين الاستيطان. لذا رأيت أنه من الواجب تسليط على جانب هام من السياسة الفرنسية في الجزائر، و كان هذا في اختيار موضوع " التشريعات العقارية الفرنسية في الجزائر خلال فترة الحكم المدني 1870- 1900م ". The importance of this subject lies in its coverage of an important aspect in the history of the French occupation of Algeria, namely, the struggle over land ownership.
