Résumé: يبرز هذا البحث الموجز عناية الإمام مكي بن أبي طالب القيسي بعلم الوقف والابتداء، فالإمام مكي علَم معروف برز في عديد الفنون، وألف فيها مؤلفات بديعة، ومنها هذا العلم الشريف المتصل بكتاب الله، علم الوقف والابتداء. ويركز هذا البحث على بيان مؤلف من مؤلفاته التي ألفها استقلالا في الوقف والابتداء، وهو كتاب " شرح كلا وبلى ونعم، والوقف على كل واحدة منهن في كتاب الله عز وجل". والتساؤل الذي يحتاج الباحث الإجابة عنه: ما مدى عناية مكي بن أبي طالب بعلم الوقف والابتداء؟ وما قيمة مؤلفه في ذلك؟ وما أبرز ملامح منهجه واختياراته فيه؟ ومن أهم نتائج البحث: أنّ مكي بن أبي طالب – رحمه الله - يعتبر عَلَما من أعلام المدرسة المغربية في القراءات، وموسوعة علمية بارزة في كل الفنون؛ وأن علم الوقف والابتداء من أهم علوم القرآن، وله ارتباط وثيق بعدة علوم منها علم التفسير واللغة والقراءات . وأن أسلوب مكي بن أبي طالب في هذا الكتاب من السهل الممتنع فهو مع غزارة علمه وكثرة اطلاعه يبسط المعلومة ويقدمها بطريقة سهلة الفهم. مع عدم تعصب المؤلف لرأيه فكثيرا ما نجده عندما يختار رأيا ينبه أنه لا يمانع من اختيار غيره وهذا ما يرشحه لأن يكون كتاب أخلاق وأدب مع المخالف. Abstract: This brief research highlights the interest of Imam Makki bin Abi Talib Al - Qaysi in the science of Waqf and Ibtida . Imam Makki is a well-known scholar who excelled in many arts and wrote wonderful books on them, including this noble science connected to the Book of God, the science of Waqf and Ibtida. This research focuses on explaining one of his works that he wrote independently on Waqf and Ibtida, which is the book “Explanation of Kala, Bala, and Na’am, and the Waqf on Each One of Them in the Book of God Almighty. The question that the researcher needs to answer is: How much did Makki bin Abi Talib care about the science of stopping and starting? What is the value of his book in that? What are the most prominent features of his approach and choices in it? Among the most important results of the research: Makki bin Abi Talib - may God have mercy on him - is considered a flag of the Moroccan school of readings, and a prominent scientific encyclopedia in all arts; and that the science of stopping and starting is one of the most important sciences of the Qur’an, and it has a close connection to several sciences including the science of interpretation, language and readings. And that Makki bin Abi Talib’s style in this book is easy and difficult, as despite his abundant knowledge and wide reading, he simplifies the information and presents it in an easy-to-understand way. With the author not being biased towards his opinion, we often find him when he chooses an opinion, he points out that he does not mind choosing another, and this is what makes it a book of ethics and etiquette with the opponent.
