صلاحية شرطة المياه في التشريع الجزائري.

Résumé: الملخص: تعتبر الثروة المائية من أهم الثروات التي تقوم عليها اقتصادات دول العالم، سواء على المستوى الصناعي أو الفلاحي أو حتى السياحي منه، ونظراً للتأثير الكبير لهذه الثورة على الخارطة السياسية من جهة و على الحياة الاقتصادية من جهة أخرى،فقد عمدت جميع الدول،ومنها المشرع الجزائري إلى تنظيم هذه الثروة وإصدار تشريعات قانونية خاصة بها تهدف لحمايتها و ديمومتها،كما تم إنشاء جهاز يسمى شرطة المياه هدفه تسيير هذه الموارد و تثمينها و متابعة المخالفين لأحكام قانون المياه. الكلمات المفتاحية: الأملاك الوطنية؛ شرطة المياه؛ الردع؛ التحقيق؛ الضبطية الخاصة.
