الوصم الاجتماعي للمرض العقلي: مقاربة سوسيولوجية.

Résumé: الملخص: لقد أصبح من الواضح اليوم، أن مسألة الوصم تشكل حقيقة راسخة و ظاهرة اجتماعية بامتياز، كما أصبح من المقبول القول، بتعدد آثارها و تنامي التحديات المرتبطة بها؛ خاصة بالنسبة لأولئك الذين ننعتهم ب"المرضى العقليين"، إحالة إلى مكانة اجتماعية خاصة، مما يسبب لهم المزيد من الإقصاء، التهميش و العزلة الاجتماعية. من هذا المنظور، الغرض من هذه الورقة هو تقديم بعض الأفكار الأولية حول الوصم الاجتماعي للمرض العقلي، من أجل فهم أفضل لواقعه وخصوصياته الاجتماعية من جهة، و للفت الانتباه إلى قضية لا تزال تعاني قصورا من عدة جوانب في فهمها والتعامل الاجتماعي معها، من جهة أخرى . نختم عرضنا من خلال تحليل الآثار التي يمكن أن يحدثها وصم المرض العقلي على الفرد في الجزائر، وعلى من حوله؛ و التي تكون على الأرجح معتبرة جدا، وربما تعرقل بشكل خطير إمكانيات اندماجه و إعادة تأهيله الاجتماعي. Abstract It is quite accepted today, that stigma is an established social fact. It is also clear that these effects are multiple, and that the challenges associated with them are increasing; especially for those we call “mentally ill”. An assignment to a particular social statute, which, causes more exclusion, marginalization, and social isolation. In this sense, the purpose of this paper is to propose, on the one hand, elements of thinking on the stigmatization of mental illness in Algeria. On the other hand, it will allow a better understanding of its specificity and take into account its reality. The aim is to draw attention to an issue, which has certain shortcomings in its social treatment. We will conclude our remarks by analyzing the impact that the stigmatization of mental illness could have on the individual in Algeria, and on those around him. Whose effects could be very important, going so far as to seriously compromise or hinder its possibilities of integration and social rehabilitation.
