جريمة اختطاف الأشخاص في القانون الجزائري
Résumé: تعرف ظاهرة اختطاف الأشخاص رقمامخيفا في عدد حالاته المسجلة في العالم ، مما نتج عنه مخاوف دولية ، ولهذا قام المشرع الجزائري بإصدار مجموعة من القوانين للوقاية من جرائم اختطاف الأشخاص ومكافحتها ومن بينها القانون 20/15 ، وأهم ما تضمنه الجزاء المقرر لجنايات خطف الاشخاص سواء البالغين أو الاطفال ، بالغضافة إلى أحكام إجرائية ووقائية لتصدي لهذه الجريمة. الكلمات المفتاحية : الاختطاف – الجريمة – الأشخاص – القانون الجزائري - المكافحة Summary : The phenomenon of people kidnapping is known a frightening number in the number of its registered cases in the world, which has resulted in international fears, and for this the Algerian legislator has issued a set of laws to prevent and combat the crimes of kidnapping people, including Law 15/20, and the most important of what is included in the penalty prescribed for felonies of kidnapping persons, whether adults or children, in addition to procedural and preventive provisions to address this crime.
