الأدوار القيادية في ظل متطلبات إدارة التغيير التنظيمي

Résumé: إنَّ عمل المؤسسات اليوم في ظل بيئة تتسم بالتغيير وعدم الاستقرار جعلها تواجه مجموعة من التحديات وعلية فإنَّ الذي يحتاجه القادة الإداريون اليوم هو ممارسة الأدوار التي تمكِّنهم من مواكبة التغيير والمساهمة في صنع المستقبل المرغوب، ومن الأدوار الحاسمة للقيادة الإدارية في إدارة التغيير التنظيمي هو صياغة رؤية واضحة عن المستقبل المرغوب فيه، ثمَّ وضع الاستراتيجية الملائمة لتحقيق هذه الرؤية، والاتصال لإيضاح الوضع المستقبلي، بالإضافة إلى التزام وقناعة القيادة الإدارية بضرورة الحاجة لتبني برنامجًا للتغيير، والعمل على تحفيز وإلهام العاملين وتمكينهم لمساعدتهم على تحويل رؤيتهم إلى حقيقة والمحافظة عليها. The work of institutions today in an environment of change and instability makes them face arange of challenges. Consequently,whatmanagers need today is to play the roles that enable them to keep pace with change and contribute to the desired future, One of the critical roles of the managerial leadership in the organizational change management is to formulate a clear vision of the desired future, then to develop the appropriate strategy to achieve this vision, and to communicate to clarify the future situation, in addition to the commitment and conviction of the administrative leadership to the necessity of adopting a program of change, and to motivate employeesand empowerment them to turn their vision into reality and preserve it.
