Résumé: ملخص: تهدف الدراسة الراهنة إلى محاولة الكشف عن علاقة الاحتراق النفسي بالاتجاه نحو مهنة التعليم لدى أساتذة مرحلة التعليم المتوسط في ظل جائحة كورونا، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (30) أستاذ وأستاذة طبقنا عليهم مقياس الاحتراق النفسي ومقياس الاتجاه نحو مهنة التعليم، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: - يوجد مستوى متوسط للاحتراق النفسي لدى أساتذة مرحلة التعليم المتوسط في ظل جائحة كورونا. - توجد علاقة عكسية دالة احصائيا بين الاحتراق النفسي بأبعاده (الاجهاد الانفعالي، تبلد المشاعر، نقص الشعور بالإنجاز الشخصي) والاتجاه نحو مهنة التعليم لدى أساتذة مرحلة التعليم المتوسط في ظل جائحة كورونا. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الاحتراق النفسي لدى أساتذة مرحلة التعليم المتوسط تعزى لمتغير الجنس في ظل جائحة كورونا. كلمات مفتاحية: الاحتراق النفسي، الاتجاه نحو مهنة التعليم، أستاذ التعليم المتوسط، جائحة كورونا. Abstract: The current study aims to try to reveal the relationship of psychological burnout with the trend towards the teaching profession among teachers of the intermediate education stage in light of the Corona pandemic, and to achieve this goal we relied on the descriptive approach, and the study sample consisted of 30 professors on whom we applied the psychological burnout scale and the trend scale towards the teaching profession, The study reached the following results: There is an average level of psychological burnout among middle school teachers under the Corona pandemic. - There is a statistically significant inverse relationship between psychological combustion in its dimensions (emotional stress, dull feelings, lack of sense of personal achievement) and the trend towards the teaching profession among middle school teachers under the Corona pandemic. - There are no statistically significant differences in psychological burnout among middle school teachers due to the gender variable in light of the Corona pandemic.
