The Strategies Of Managing The Company’s Digital Reputation In Ai Era.
Résumé: Undeniably, the management of the digital reputation is crucial, as it affects the life of the company on different levels, including the size of revenues, relation with the customers, and confrontation of crises. This study focuses on the strategies of managing the digital reputation in the companies in the era of artificial intelligence AI through revealing the technological developments of AI and discussing its role in creating new techniques and methods to manage the digital reputation of the companies based on the previous studies and the analysis of the experiences of international companies. Findings show a set of strategies needed by any company to efficiently manage the digital reputation using AI, namely the collection and analysis of data, the monitoring of the digital reputation and its movements, the transparent and credible interaction with the audience, the consideration of the customer changing needs, the management of the reviews, the focus on the digital existence on the website or application, the production and management of content, the optimization of the search engines, the prior planning for the digital crises, the fast response, the management of the cyber security, and the protection of data.
