Résumé: : البيوإتيقا كفلسفة جديدة ومسألة الكرامة الإنسانية . الملخص: إن الفلسفة في سعيها لمواكبة التحولات العميقة في المجالين العلمي والتقني حاولت أن تجد لنفسها حقولا ومفاهيم معرفية جديدة تثبت بها وجودها في ظل هذه التحولات حتى تتموقع وتعيد الانتشار في المجتمع المعاصر الذي أصبح يعرف بمجتمع المعرفة، ومن أهم هذه الحقول والمفاهيم التي أوجدتها الفلسفة لنفسها نجد ما يسمى بــــ الأخلاقيات التطبيقية (Ethiques appliquées)، وهي حقل فلسفي جديد ينقسم إلى ثلاثة مباحث أساسية هي: البيوإتيقا (Bioéthique) وإتيقا البيئة (Ethique de l’environnement) والإتيقا المهنية (Ethique professionnelle)، ومن هذا المنطلق فإنه إذا كانت البيوإتيقا هي مجموعة التساؤلات الأخلاقية والاجتماعية والقانونية اتجاه ما يحدث في المجتمع المعاصر من تطور علمي وتقني في البيولوجيا والطب وحول المبادئ والقيم التي يجب أن تشرّع في مواجهة هذه الفتوحات العلمية، فما هي أبرز التساؤلات الفلسفية التي طرحها فلاسفة الأخلاق في هذا المجال؟ وما هي الاقتراحات والحلول التي قدّموها لتجاوز الإشكالات الأخلاقية التي فرضها تطور العلوم البيولوجية والطب؟ ولماذا ركز هؤلاء خاصة على مسألة الكرامة الإنسانية؟ الكلمات المفتاحية: البيوإتيقا، مجتمع المعرفة، الكرامة الإنسانية، الأخلاقيات. Abstract: Biotics as a new philosophy and the dignity of humanity Philosophy has always tried and is still trying to keep up and Cop with the deep changs in both scientific and technicol fields. Philosophy managed to find to itself new concepts and domains so as to prove its existance in such actual changes so as to Cope with the new contemprary society that is oalled « the sosiety of knowledge ». this latter is divided into three main researches : Biotics, Ethics of environment and professionalethics, from this extent, if Biotics is the set of ethical, socialogical and legal status questios twards what’s happening in the contemprary socieety of the scientific and technical evolution in bidogy medicine as for as the ethics and principles that must start to face these scientific conquests, So what are the most obvious and adequate philosophical questions that has have asked ethics philosophers in this field ? and what are the suggestions and solutions elaborated to solve the ethical matters caused by the evolution of the biologic science and meicin ? and why have they focused particularly on the topic of the dignity of humanity ?
