Résumé: ملخص عربي: تركز الدراسة على الحماية الجنائية للآثار في القانون الجزائري والقانون المصري، فتناولت الدراسة جريمة سرقة الآثار في القانون الجزائري و القانون المصري ، وجريمة تهريب الآثار، وأركان جريمة تهريب الآثار وجريمة الاتجار في الآثار، وجريمة تزوير الآثار، وجريمة إتلاف الاثار وعقوبات،وجريمة التنقيب المخالف لقواعد الترخيص، ومن ثم عرضت الدراسة لأهم النتائج والتوصيات المقترحة من الدراسة.
