تأثير مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي على سلوك المستهلك الجزائري خلال جائحة كوفيد 19 - دراسة الطلب على المواد الغذائية-

Résumé: ملخص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى قياس أثر استخدام مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي على سلوك المستهلك للمواد الغذائية في ظل جائحة كوفيد 19، وتفسير الظواهر التي اقترنت بهذا السلوك خلال هذه الأزمة، ومن أجل ذلك تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باستعمال أداة الاستبيان الإلكتروني الذي وزع عن طريق مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي والبريد الإلكتروني، حيث تم جمع 394 استمارة، وقد كشفت الدراسة عن وجود أثر إيجابي قوي لاستخدام المستهلكين مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي على سلوكهم الخاص بشراء المواد الغذائية في ظل هذه الأزمة، إذ يقترن ذلك التأثير بدرجة اعتمادية الشخص على هذه المواقع ودرجة تفاعله معها، والثقة التي يضعها في المعلومات المتداولة من خلالها. Abstract: The aim of this research is to measure the impact of the use of social media sites on consumer behavior of food in the light of the crisis of the Covid 19 pandemic, and to explain the negative phenomena associated with this behavior during this crisis. To realise the aim of this paper . we use the field study using the questionnaire which is distributed to a sample of 394 Algerian consumers. We found a strong and positive relationship between the use of social media sites by consumers and the change of their behavior in the purchase of food in this crisis, where the impact is associated with a degree of dependence individual on these sites and the trust they put in them, and how they vulnerable interact and influence with them.
