مكانة المذهب المالكي وأثره تحقيق التوافق بين السلطة والفقهاء وتوجيه الرعية في الغرب الإسلامي خلال العصر المرابطي

Résumé: الملخص: ترمي صفحات هذا المقال الى تبين دور المذهب المالكي في احداث التقارب والتعاون بين الأمراء المرابطين والفقهاء المالكيين من أجل نصرة المذهب المالكي ونشره في الغرب الإسلامي، إذ ورغم تعدد وتنوع العوامل التي ساهمت في إنتشار المذهب المالكي بالمغرب الإسلامي، فإن الكثير من المصادر ربطت إنتشار المذهب وتمكنه في المنطقة في عهد المرابطين؛ بالعامل السياسي والمتمثل في دور السلطة وتحالفها مع الفقهاء، فمساندة الحكام المرابطين للفقهاء المالكية كان من أهم أسباب ذيوع المذهب المالكي وانتصاره على حساب باقي الفرق والمذاهب المتواجدة بالمنطقة، وقوة فقهاء المذهب هي التي حملت السلطات الحاكمة على جعل مذهبهم هو المذهب الرسمي للدولة، فوقع الإختيار عليه لضمان الوحدة السياسية والوحدة المذهبية في دولتهم، والبعد عن كل ما من شأنه جلب الخلافات الإعتقادية من جهة أخرى، حتى أصبح هو الغالب في عهدهم.
