Résumé: The management of human resources within the total quality management is one of the most important modern trends in management, as it has found great and complete popularity to develop the performance of human resources by building a deep culture of quality in its comprehensive sense, as it is a method of administrative development and improvement. In general, this research seeks to achieve its main goal, which is to know the position of human resources management in light of the application of total quality management in the economic enterprise, by achieving a greater competitive environment to improve the quality of its products and services and highlight the potential effects of the application of total quality management in resource management Humanity. Our research relied on a descriptive approach for conducting the study that was applied to a random sample from the Pumps and Valves Broadcasting Corporation (POVAL), which included a number of employees from various administrative levels, and the statistical program SPSS was also relied on in analyzing the data. The results of the study showed that most of the employees have almost complete familiarity with the concepts related to TQM and the benefits resulting from its application. The results also showed a clear strategy for its implementation, and a set of recommendations were proposed that would contribute to improving performance. Total quality management to achieve a clear understanding of the latter, in addition to good and tight management of human resources in institutions with full support in order to implement comprehensive quality management while following up on its application and encouraging it
