أهمية إعداد وعرض القوائم المالية وفق النظام المحاسبي المالي والمعايير المحاسبية الدولية – دراسة مقارنة بين المعيار المحاسبي رقم 01 والنظام المحاسبي المالي

Résumé: الملخص : يهدف البحث إلى تحديد مستوى اعداد وعرض القوائم المالية وفق النظام المحاسبي المالي والمعايير المحاسبية الدولية، من خلال دراسة مقارنة بين النظام المحاسبي المالي والمعيار المحاسبي رقم 01 الخاص بإعداد وعرض القوائم المالية، وقد أوضحت النتائج أن التقيد بما جاء به هذا المعيار من ارشادات تخص كيفية اعداد وعرض القوائم المالية من شأنه أن يعزز من جودتها وثقتها من خلال مستخدميها، وجاء النظام المحاسبي المالي في الجزائر بتوضيحات مهمة في هذا المجال وإن كانت تتميز بالنقص في بعض الحالات. ويمثل هذا البحث إضافة إلى الكتابات الموجودة عن كيفية اعداد وعرض القوائم المالية من خلال تسليط الضوء على ممارسة ما جاء في هذا الخصوص في النظام المحاسبي المالي الجزائري. Abstract: The study aims to determine the level of preparation and presentation of the financial statements in accordance with the accounting system and the international accounting standards, through a comparative study between the financial accounting system and the accounting standard No. 01 for the preparation and presentation of the financial statements. The results indicated that compliance with this standard of guidance on how to prepare And the presentation of the financial statements would enhance the quality and confidence through its users, and the financial accounting system in Algeria with important clarifications in this area, although characterized by the shortage in some cases. This research is in addition to the existing literature on how the financial statements are prepared and presented by highlighting the practice of this matter in the Algerian financial accounting system.
