Résumé: In view of the increasing use of crédit cards in the deal as a new means of fulfilling, cases of use has increased illegally, either by the holder or by a person other than the holder, and this is what happened in the beginning of the check, but the criminal legislature has dealt with criminalization, but for cards Crédit has no own legal provision that criminalizes illegal use in Algerian law, setting off a problem when the lack of text based on the legal principle of criminal says: "There is no crime and no punishment except by law", so it faced eliminate great difficulties to find the right adjustment for cases of illegal use Crédit cards based on the provisions of the Penal Code.
