أثر التكوين على نية ترك العمل دراسة ميدانية لعينة من موظفي مقر المديرية الجهوية للميزانية ومصلحة الرقابة المالية للولاية وبلدية ورقلة
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن اثر التكوين على نية ترك العمل لدى موظفي مقر المديرية الجهوية للميزانية وكل من مصلحة الرقابة المالية للولاية وبلدية ورقلة ، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث الإستبانة لجمع البيانات على عينة عشوائية مكونة من 84موظفا وتم تحليل البيانات الواردة في الإستبانات عن طريق استخدام الحزمة الإحصائية Spss بالاعتماد على المتوسطات الحسابية، الانحرافات المعيارية، اختبار T و معامل الارتباط، و خلصت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها : أنه لا يوجد اثر للتكوين على نوايا ترك العمل لدى موظفي مقر المديرية الجهوية للميزانية ومصلحة الرقابة المالية للولاية وبلدية ورقلة. The study aimed to explaining the effect of formation on intention of leaving work of staff of Regional Directorate of budget in state of Ouargla; this study was applied on random sample consisting of 84 employees, to achieve the objectives of the study the researcher used questionnaire to collect data, the data were analyzed by using the statistical package for social sciences (Spss). Depending on the means, standard deviation, correlations coefficient,. The study concluded with the following results: the most important of which is that there is no effect on the intention of leaving the work of the staff of the regional directorate Budget Ouargla State.
