التغيرات المناخية: التحدي المحدق على الأمن الإنساني

Résumé: شهدت السنوات الماضية القليلة اهتماما بالغاً من قبل المجتمع الدولي وعلى أعلى مستوياته "مجلس الأمن" بالتغيرات المناخية التي باتت تحتل الصدارة في جدول أعمال منظمة الأمم المتحدة وذلك بعد ثبوتها باليقين العلمي واستمرارها بشكل يهدد حياة الإنساني وأمنه وبيئته. وتشير الدراسات العالمية أن 90% من انبعاثات الغازات الدفيئة مردها النشاط البشري ووفقا لتقارير مجلس حقوق الإنسان فإن كافة حقوق الإنسان من المحتمل أن تتأثر بظاهرة الاحتباس الحراري ما يهدد استقرار الأمن الإنساني بكافة أبعاده. The international community, led by the Security Council, has been concerned with climate change, which has become at the top of the agenda of the United Nations, after obtaining scientific evidence that proves that the human environment and their continued existence in existence are in great danger. Scientific studies indicate that 90% of greenhouse gas emissions are caused by human activity, and according to reports by the Human Rights Council, it is likely that many human rights will be affected by global warming that seriously threatens the stability and continuity of human society in all its dimensions.
