نظام الحوافز وتعزيز قيم العمل ابالقطاع الصحي الجزائري في ظل إدارة الأزمات (كوفيد 19 أنموذجا)
Résumé: الملخص : يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على نظام الحوافز في القطاع الصحي الجزائري وكيف تعزز الحوافز المادية والمعنوية قيم العمل لدى العاملين في القطاع الصحي عامة وبصفة خاصة في حالات وجود أزمات صحية كخطر أزمة كوفيد19 الذي ظهر مؤخرا و انتشر بشكل رهيب ، و تتأسس هذه الدراسة على دراسة ميدانية شملت على عينة عشوائية بسيطة من عمال القطاع الصحي في الجزائر بالاعتماد على الاستبيان،و تم مناقشة نتائج الدراسة والوصول إلى استنتاج عام يقر بأن فعالية تحسين نظام الحوافز يعزز ويدعم قيم العمل لدى العاملين في القطاع الصحي في الجزائر . ABSTRACT This research aims to identify the incentives system in the Algerian health sector and how the material and moral incentives enhance the work values of workers in the health sector in general and especially in cases of health crises such as the risk of the Covid-19 crisis that appeared recently and has spread terrib, This study is based on a study A field that included a simple random sample of health sector workers in Algeria based on the questionnaire. The results of the study were discussed and a general conclusion was reached that recognizes that the effectiveness of updating the incentive system enhances and supports the work values of workers in the health sector in Algeria.
