الأرصدة الأرشيفية للتشريعات العقارية الاستعمارية بالجزائر -أرشيف قانون السيناتيــــــــس كونسلت (1863) بالمديرية الجهوية لمسح الأراضي بقسنطينة أنموذجا-

Résumé: تتقاطع المحصلات الفكرية للأمم حول أهمية الوثيقة في الكتابة التاريخية، حيث نجد الباحثين يشدون الرحال إلى مختلف دور الأرشيف المحلية والأجنبية، بغية النبش الأكاديمي الذي يؤسس لحقول بحثية مؤصلة وتساهم في بناء ذاكرة قوية، انطلاقا من فرز الحقيقي من الأسطوري والمكتمل من المبتور، وسعيا منا لتقريب وتعريف الباحثين بأحد أهم الأرصدة الأرشيفية التي لا زالت موجودة في الجزائر وتعود إلى الحقبة الاستعمارية، بنينا هذه الورقة البحثية على قرائن مصدرية كانت محصلة تجربة تجاوزت الخمسة عشر سنة مع أرشيف المديرية الجهوية لمسح الأراضي بقسنطينة، حيث آثرنا أن ندل الباحثين ونعرفهم على واحد من أرصدتها الأرشيفية المتمثل في قانون السيناتيس كونسلت -Sénatus Consule- (22 أفريل 1863) أحد أوجه الاستعمار الفلاحي في الجزائر، من خلال بناء مرحلي وحقول منهجية قامت على التنقيب والمعاينة وكشف الرصيد والاستقراء وتبيان الضامر من الظاهر وواقع الأرشيف من المتوقع منه في الدراسات المؤصلة. The intellectual results of nations on the importance of the document intersect in historical writing, as we find scholars visiting various local and foreign archives, with the aim of academic research that establishes deeply rooted areas of research and contributes to building a strong memory, to discovering the true from the legendary and, with the aim of bringing researchers together and familiarizing researchers with one of the most important assets. The archive, which is still present in Algeria and dates back to colonial times, we have built this research document on the source of the clues resulting from an experience that has exceeded fifteen years with the archives of the Regional Directorate of Land survey of Constantine, where we preferred to reference researchers and make them discover one of its archival assets, the Senate consultation law. (April 22, 1863) One of the aspects of peasant colonialism in Algeria, through a phased construction and methodological fields based on excavation, inspection, detection of balance, extrapolation and clarification of the apparent and archival reality is expected from her in the original studies
