فعالية العلاج المعرفي السلوكي في تخفيف النفور الدراسي لدى تلاميذ المرحلة المتوسطة

Résumé: يعد النفور الدراسي من أكثر المشكلات المدرسية التي تجتاح قطاع التعليم في الآونة الأخيرة، فتظهر هذه المشكلة في سلوكات معارضة تصدر من التلميذ خلال تواجده بالمدرسة والتركيز على مجموعة من الاهتمامات التي من حرصهم على رفع مردودهم العلمي، وبالتالي تكون أولى خطوات التخلي عن المسار التعليمي. لذا هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة اثر برنامج علاجي معرفي سلوكي مقترح في خفض النفور الدراسي لدى المراهق المتمدرس، ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج شبه التجريبي ، حيث تم استخدام الملاحظة والمقابلة العيادية، واستبيان النفور الدراسي المصمم في هذه الدراسة، ومن خلال تطبيق البرنامج العلاجي المقترح على حالة واحدة (ذكر15 سنة)، تم التوصل إلى أن البرنامج العلاجي المعرفي السلوكي المقترح فعال في خفض النفور الدراسي لدى المراهق المتمدرس. Academic aversion is the most school disturbances that have invaded the education sector in recent times . It appears in oppositional behaviors emanating from the student and focusing on a group of interests that are keen on raising their scientific returns, and thus the first step is to abandon the educational path. This study aimed to find out the effect of a proposed cognitive behavioral therapeutic program in reducing academic aversion among schooled adolescents. In order to achieve the study objectives, the clinical approach was relied on, based on a case study. Furthermore, a clinical study was conducted using observation, the clinical interview and the academic aversion questionnaire designed for this case of study, Through the application of the proposed therapeutic program on one case (15 year old male), it was concluded that the proposed cognitive behavioral therapeutic program is effective in reducing academic aversion among the schooled adolescent.
